For HCPC-registered physiotherapists
Physiotherapy Jobs Near You: Self-Employed Home Visit Work
FlexAura sends you home-visit bookings with patients near you, on the days and hours you choose. You treat people in their own homes, we handle the bookings, payments and patient messages, and you are paid weekly with no invoicing.
What the work involves
You see private patients in their own homes: people with back, neck, knee and shoulder pain, sports injuries, recovery after surgery, stroke and other neurological conditions, and older adults working on balance and mobility. Online video consultations are available too.
It is self-employed work. You choose your days, hours and how far you travel, so it fits around a clinic or NHS role, family or study. Before every visit you get the patient's details and see what you will earn for it.

Questions physios ask
Are these employed jobs or self-employed work?
Self-employed. Physiotherapists work with FlexAura as independent practitioners. You choose when and where you work, and we send you home-visit bookings that match.
Can I do this part-time, alongside an NHS or clinic job?
Yes. Many physios work with us around another role. You set your own days and hours, so evenings and weekends are fine if that suits you.
How am I paid?
Weekly. Your completed visits are totalled for the week and paid to you, with no invoices to raise. You see what you will earn for each visit before it goes ahead.
