How much does a home physiotherapy visit cost?
A first home visit is £110 for a full 60-minute assessment and treatment. Follow-up visits are £99, or £450 for a package of five (£90 a visit). A 30-minute online video consultation is £45. Prices are fixed, with no call-out or travel charges.
When do I pay?
After your visit, not before. You book without entering card details and pay once the session is complete, online by card or bank transfer, or in cash to your physiotherapist. The 5-visit package is paid in full after your first visit.
Is there a charge for travel?
No. The price includes your physiotherapist travelling to your home. There is no call-out fee and no mileage added, in cities or rural areas.
Do you charge if I cancel?
No, we don't charge cancellation fees. If you need to cancel or rearrange within 24 hours of the appointment, please WhatsApp us on 07782 610 633 so we can tell your physiotherapist, who may already be on their way.
Can I claim the cost from my health insurance?
Many private health insurance policies cover physiotherapy from HCPC-registered practitioners. Every invoice we issue shows your physiotherapist's HCPC registration number and the treatment provided, which is what insurers ask for. Check your policy for any pre-authorisation it requires before you book.
Why is home physiotherapy more expensive than NHS physiotherapy?
NHS physiotherapy is free at the point of use but usually has a waiting list and is mostly clinic-based. Private home physiotherapy means a registered physiotherapist comes to you, often within a day or two. Our prices are set below typical private home-visit rates so it stays affordable.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. Some people need one or two visits for advice and exercises; recovery after surgery or a stroke usually takes longer. Your physiotherapist will give you an honest estimate at the first visit, and the 5-visit package is the best value if you expect to need several.
